We do not run a complimentary airport shuttle, but transfers can be arranged from Victoria Falls, Livingstone or Kasane airports. Send us your flight details and we will meet you.

Victoria Falls Airport is the closest. Livingstone in Zambia and Kasane in Botswana are both practical alternatives, and we can collect from any of them.

The lodge runs a 24-hour shuttle into town for a small fee, subject to availability. Most activities also include collection from the lodge.

No. Devil's Pool is on the Zambian side and depends entirely on river levels, so it is seasonal. Ask us what is running when you plan to visit.

No. Rafting in the Batoka Gorge depends on water levels and operator conditions, and the season varies. Confirm availability with us before you plan around it.

Some of the adrenaline activities have minimums - bungee is usually 14 and up, and white water rafting 15 and up. Most other activities take all ages. Tell us who is coming and we will tell you what works.

On most activities children under 12 pay around half price. Helicopter flights are the exception, where children pay the full fare. We will confirm exact rates with your quote.

Usually not. National Parks fees are charged separately by the government on entry and go towards maintaining the falls, the river and the surrounding park. They are normally paid on arrival at the activity.

Rainstorms in Victoria Falls tend to pass within about half an hour, so most activities simply run a little later. If an activity genuinely cannot go ahead because of weather, you are not charged for it.

There is no bad time, only different versions of the place. Water is highest around April and May when the falls are at their most dramatic, though the spray can obscure the view. Levels are lowest around November, which opens up the rock face and suits the gorge activities. The drier months from June to September are generally better for wildlife.

No trip can promise sightings. Wildlife moves and seasons change. What we can say is that the Chobe riverfront and Hwange waterholes in the dry season give you very good odds.

Yes, though it is better as an overnight or multi-night trip than a day trip. ZimParks gives the route as 172km towards Bulawayo, then 23km on tar from Cross Mabale. We can arrange transfers and accommodation.

Yes, and it is one of the most popular excursions. A typical day combines the border transfer, a Chobe River boat safari, lunch and a game drive. Border formalities apply.

The dry winter months concentrate animals around water, which generally makes viewing easier at both Hwange and the Chobe riverfront. The green season brings birdlife and better landscapes.

Yes. Zimbabwe operates an official eVisa platform at evisa.gov.zw. Even where a visa on arrival is available, applying in advance usually saves time at the border.

A shared visa arrangement between Zimbabwe and Zambia, useful if you want to see both sides of Victoria Falls. Eligibility and conditions are set by the two governments and change, so confirm before relying on it.

Chobe is in Botswana, so it is an international border crossing. Carry your passport and check Botswana entry requirements for your nationality before the day.
